The trade fair part of SET//23 takes place in the three large halls 1, 2 and 3 of STATION Berlin and offers cross-industry and international networking in a relaxed atmosphere. As the congress part only begins after the end of the trade fair, undisturbed exchange and concrete work on joint projects is possible. The DTHG lounge is the central meeting place, as the community aspect is a major focus at the SET. A highlight will be the SoundLab, where everything revolves around sound technology. Many stands are already booked, so if you want to be there with us, be quick!

In the conference part, experts from the industry will encourage interdisciplinary exchange and present best practices from various countries. Keynotes, discussions and workshops on theater design, refurbishment, equipment, décor construction, sound design, lighting, ventilation and energy, sustainability, digital technologies, occupational safety and advice on funding programs offer an intensive examination of current requirements in everyday work in an international context. The range of topics shows the high relevance of individual education, especially in the cultural and event sector.

The SET brings together renowned manufacturers of stage and event technology with professionals from culture and the media. It offers globally active companies in particular an important platform for the presentation of innovative products and services and for interdisciplinary exchange. Since the congress does not begin until after the end of the trade fair, all interested parties can attend and participate in the programme in terms of content. Thus, the SET functions as a perfect laboratory for the creative development of common visions and cultural professionals are provided with important knowledge for their daily work.

The DTHG has always been internationally networked. To maintain and expand our partnerships, our team is on the road a lot. Next we will visit a technical company in Italy, the LEaT con in Hamburg, the Afial in Madrid, the JTSE in Paris and the Meet in Vienna. Besides important event partners, companies, institutions and associations are invited to SET//23, such as our partners from Italy, Belgium, Sweden and Finland.
