wir möchten Sie daran erinnern, wenn nicht bereits geschehen, die Bestellungen für die SHOWTECH durchzuführen.

Folgende Formulare stehen Ihnen dafür auf unserer Webseite in den Ausstellerservices zur Verfügung:

• Technische Anforderungen & Organisatorisches (zusätzliche Stromanschlüsse, Wasseranschlüsse, Hängepunkte, Medientechnik, Lagerung & Logistik)
• Marketing-Unterstützung
• Standbau & Ausstattung (bitte direkt an info@expofair-berlin.de senden)

Da vor Ort nur begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten für Lieferfahrzeuge und PKW zur Verfügung stehen, bitten wir Sie, mit Terminwünschen zur Anlieferung und Abholung bis Mittwoch, den 10. Mai 2023 direkt auf diese Mail zu antworten. Da die STATION im Herzen Berlins liegt und die Parkplatzsituation schwierig ist, müssen wir einen detaillierten Zeitplan für die Auf- und Abbautage erstellen und geben unser Bestes, Ihre Wünsche hierfür zu berücksichtigen. Jedoch gilt: Wer zuerst anfragt, bekommt den Slot.

Dear exhibitors,

We would like to remind you to place your orders for SHOWTECH if you have not done so yet. The following forms are available for this purpose on our website in the exhibitor services:

• Technical requirements and organisational matters (additional power connections, water connections, hanging points, media technology, storage & logistics)
• Marketing support
• Stand construction & equipment (please send directly to info@expofair-berlin.de)

As there is only limited parking space available on site for delivery vehicles and cars, we kindly ask you to reply directly to this mail with appointment requests for delivery and collection by Wednesday, May 10, 2023. As the STATION is located in the heart of Berlin and the parking situation is difficult, we have to prepare a detailed schedule for the set-up and dismantling days and will do our best to take your wishes into account for this. However, first to ask gets the slot.
