KFPE annual conference: Decolonizing Research Partnerships May 5, 13:30 - 17:00, Kornhausforum, BernThe KFPE’s annual conference, held in collaboration with the SUDAC and SOR4D programmes, is a meeting place for researchers and practitioners involved and interested in North-South research partnerships. This year’s conference will focus on decolonizing research collaborations and will showcase different perspectives, ideas, experiences and approaches to tackle this challenge. A detailed programme will be announced via the KFPE website next month. Reminder: Call for workshop proposals is still open To set the scene for the annual conference, an online workshop series on decolonizing research collaborations will be organised before the event. SOR4D Programme: 7 projects selected
The Solution-Oriented Research for Development (SOR4D) programme is a joint funding instrument between the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the SNSF. Seven transdisciplinary projects covering a wide range of disciplines from agricultural engineering, applied psychology, environmental sciences, human ecology, public health to social geography have now been selected for funding. Leading House Asia: Call for Innovation Partnership Grants and Opportunity Grants The Innovation Partnership Grants support the establishment of cooperations between Switzerland-based researchers with non-academic innovation agents (i.e. start-ups, hospitals) in East and Southeast Asia.
