The weather is finally changing! The sun is getting warmer, the spring bulbs are starting to show their green shoots with the anticipation of eventual colour, the birds are returning and the critters are exploring the grass and dirt being revealed from their winter blanket. It’s a time for rebirth and regrowth. Now it’s your turn to start back with routines of self care. Your skin has been exposed to the cold, wind, blue light from computer screens and general stress in your life. Your skin needs a rebirth too; so I hope you accept the challenge of a 14 day Gommage! 1. Cleanse face, rinse & dry 2. Spray Lotion 3-4 times and massage in until penetrated 3. With DRY hands and face, apply nickel to quarter amount of Gommage to skin and gently massage in upward and outward strokes until it starts to peel (if no peel, add a little more product) 4. Brush away peels (DO NOT RINSE!) 5. Spray Lotion 3-4 times and massage in until penetrated 6. Apply your day or night treatment creme. 7. Repeat every day for 14 days and FEEL the difference!
