Hi !
Covid-19 won’t be stopping my 12th Anniversary this year, so I hope you will attend my first ever Virtual Event! This is how it will work…you will need to download Microsoft Teams onto your device (there is no cost for this), and I will send you a link to the event a few days before. Then, all you need to do is sit back with your favourite beverage, click on the link and enjoy the evening!
I have taken a screen shot below, but it may look different depending on what device you are on; I encourage you to download Microsoft Teams prior to my Open House and if you have any questions feel free to contact me in advance (keep in mind that during the event I won’t be able to address individual concerns, but will review some key features when we are all logged in, so be sure to join 10 mins early so we can start promptly at 7pm!) BONUS for anyone who signs in within the first 48 hours of receiving the meeting link email, you will be put into a separate draw to win an Early Bird door prize!

Microsoft Teams
This is what your screen will look like once you have entered to meeting. (''WO'' are my initials, you can also have a photo of yourself, which you will have to upload from your device). You will have the option to turn your video & microphone on/off. Please be aware that if you have a lot of background noise at your location, we will need to ask you to mute yourself because it makes it difficult to hear. If the noise continues, I will have the option to mute everyone if necessary to prevent feedback. You can also use the chat box to type in questions and comments.
