	Last working bee at William St

	We start back from lockdown with our last working bee at William St for the year. One last chance to work on the dunes before it gets too hot! Hope to see you there on Wednesday. Dry Weather The recent dry spell caught us unawares but Malcolm and John Hutton have started looking after recent plantings at Boulders and also on Kelly’s dunes. Unfortunately we lost quite a few before we caught on that we weren’t getting any follow-up rain. Quite a few of these wattles didn’t survive the recent extended dry. We begin a new year - memberships now due for renewal. Many thanks to all of you who have been financial members in 2020/21. Please remember that numbers count in this game so if you are supportive of our activities it helps us heaps if you pay the $10 to register as a member. It can be a good way to send a message, to various authorities, that Lennox cares about our natural areas even if you can’t make it to regular working bees.
