In order to reduce the impact on the environment, please bring your own tote bags, pens and note pads – if you wish - as the meeting organizers are not providing them. Water stations with glasses will be available all day. If required please bring your own water bottle to refill.

Arriving early at the meeting is worth it as we will serve hot breakfast each day from 7-8am in the exhibit hall. During Tuesday breakfast the SPLIT council will be at the SPLIT/TTS membership table in the exhibit hall and invites you to visit them to learn how to get involved with SPLIT.

Are you interested in joining a SPLIT committee or volunteer in any other capacity for SPLIT. Then come talk to the SPLIT council at the SPLIT/TTS table in the exhibit hall on Tuesday morning between 7 am and 8am.

Please email leona.hanemann@tts.org in case you have not received the PPT or Poster guidelines or have any additional questions.

  • Posters have to be setup before 17:00 on Monday.

  • And speakers have to see the technician in the room once the break before their session starts.

  • Moderator letters with details about their speakers will be sent beginning of next week. The speaker bios will be printed for you and will be ready for pickup at the registration desk.
