| | This festival is Europe’s largest ceramics festival which is held at Aberystwyth Arts Centre on the campus of Aberystwyth University on the mid-Wales coast. Since it began in 1987, the three-day festival has grown to become one of the world's leading ceramics events. The INTERNATIONAL CERAMICS STUDIO will again be in the trade area at this years festival. If you want to come and discuss residency opportunities and courses at this unique ceramic centre we will be pleased to meet you. | | | We are pleased to announce the 2023 RESIDENCY AWARD recipient is NATASHA MAYO. Mayo is a researcher, writer, practitioner, and since 2004, senior lecturer in ceramics at Cardiff School of Art and Design. She has achieved national and international acclaim for her ceramic practice and written over 30 articles for journals.
We thank all the artists who applied for this award. The standard of the applications was very high and and made for a difficult decision. | |
