ABOUT TD-NET International Transdisciplinarity Conference 2019 - Joining Forces for Change More than 250 participants from all continents shared their experiences and thoughts during the second week of September 2019 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The whole td-net team wants to express its warmest gratitude to the co-organisers Merritt Polk from the Gothenburg University School of Global Studies and Henrietta Palmer from Mistra Urban Futures with their teams, the conference partners and board members, and to all participants for making this conference a memorable and important event.

Neues Faktenblatt zu "Open Science" Alle Forschungsresultate, die mit öffentlichen Geldern finanziert
werden, sollen digital und kostenlos zugänglich sein. Dazu
veröffentlichen Forschende ihre Resultate in frei zugänglichen
Publikationen oder Datenbanken.
Damit stehen Erkenntnisse aus der Forschung einer breiten Öffentlichkeit
zur Verfügung und fördern den wissenschaftlichen Fortschritt.
In
ihrem neuen Factsheet diskutieren die Akademien der Wissenschaften
Schweiz die Chancen und Herausforderungen von «Open Access» und «Open
Data». Das Video beleuchtet verschiedene Perspektiven zum Thema «Open

Europäische Datenbank für langfristige Forschungsprojekte Die Schweizerische Akademie der Geisteswissenschaften SAGW unterstützt das europäische Projekt > Academies Gateway for the Humanities and Social Sciences. Das Projekt betreibt eine Datenbank mit langfristigen Editionen, Sammlungen, Wörterbüchern und Datenrepositorien. Es umfasst derzeit Daten aus Deutschland und der Schweiz. Das Projekt soll künftig auch auf andere Länder ausgeweitet werden. Die SAGW sammelt derzeit Informationen zu den relevanten Infrastrukturen in der Schweiz und schafft so erstmals eine verlässliche empirische Grundlage, auf der die Forschungsleistung solcher Langzeitprojekte sichtbar gemacht werden kann.
Neuer Blog zu "Ageing Society" Die Plattform "Ageing Society" verfolgt das Ziel, mit allen betroffenen Akteuren zur praktischen Umsetzung der von der WHO geförderten Anliegen von Gesundheit und Alter in der Schweiz beizutragen. Sie zählt bereits mehr als 60 Partnerorganisationen. Seit Juni 2019 betreibt die Plattform einen eigenen Blog, der sich mit Initiativen in Bereichen wie der Heterogenität des Alters oder den Beziehungen zwischen Generationen befasst. > Zum Blog
