2019 Openings

Looking ahead for the most interesting new luxury hotels and resorts for 2019, I reached out to star luxury travel advisor Jack Ezon who spends most of his time on the road personally scouting out new finds as well as inspecting existing favorites. In this issue, he provides his list of the top 30 luxury properties due to open next year. I say due to open, as there are a couple that were due to open this year. In other words, if you plan on booking a hotel that’s due to open, consider waiting a few months after the opening date. Of course, you might miss out on some opening rate special deals, but then again, you won’t have to worry about scrambling to find last minute alternatives or arrive to find out all the facilities are not ready. Still, Jack’s list provides a good primer to review as you consider where to stay for those trips sometime in the future.
