| | | | | Writing my next book 📝 Currently I’ve locked myself up for a week in a hotel to be able to concentrate and write on my new book, with the title: ’The ideaDJ strategy'
Twice a day I do a FaceTime session with Marc Heleven (the best internet innovation reseacher around) to ping-pong on the content. I actually write the book in Apple Keynote (aka PowerPoint) for the visual flexibility!
PS: This Fletcher hotel must like writers, as I even got a room upgrade! 🙏

| | | | | HBR: The hard truth about innovation 🤔 Harvard Business Review wrote a good article on the balance between creativity & discipline for innovation. The 5 main take aways: - Tolerance for Failure but No Tolerance for Incompetence
- Willingness to Experiment but Highly Disciplined
- Psychologically Safe but Brutally Candid
Collaboration but with Individual Accountability - Flat but Strong Leadership
