Neue COST-Aktionen: Teilnahme ab sofort möglich Im Spätsommer und Herbst 2019 starten 40 neue COST-Aktionen. Interessierte Forschende sowie Expertinnen und Experten können sich ab sofort beteiligen. COST fördert die Europäische Zusammenarbeit auf allen Gebieten der
wissenschaftlichen und technischen Forschung (Cooperation in Science and

Learning through failure in inter- and transdisciplinary projects Two TD colleagues are editing a book on failure in inter- and transdisciplinary projects. They have created a survey that is designed to gain insight into experiences of failure in inter- and transdisciplinary projects and how reasons for failure in these projects may differ from collaborative projects that do not cross disciplinary boundaries. Building the Scientific Mind Building the Scientific Mind is a program of transdisciplinary exploration, research, reflection & development. The program is currently coming to an end as it culminates in the publication of a multi-author volume, expected to come out with Brill Publishers in late September or early October 2019. The title of the book is " Seeking Understanding: The Lifelong Pursuit to Build the Scientific Mind." A freely accessible > Building the Scientific Mind YouTube Channel has recently been opened which offers a comprehensive collection of video-recorded conversations with the authors of the book as well as with a limited number of other relevant scholars who, for different reasons, were unable to contribute to the book.
