Hot Superyacht Charters For The Winter
|
|

What better way to get away from the cold weather than to cruise the Caribbean on a super yacht. To find out which ones are the top picks for the winter, we reached out to Northrop & Johnson which is the largest yacht broker in North America. In case you are new to yachting, superyacht refers to boats 75 feet in length or longer.
If you are interesting in chartering a super yacht a good place to start is going to a boat show. Many veteran charter customers visit Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show which runs Oct. 31 - Nov. 4 as an opportunity to get a first hand look at yachts on display they may want to charter or buy. If you haven’t been it’s worth a visit, even if you just fly in for the day as many do. Several of the yachts featured in this newsletter will be on display. The best suggestion is to arrange an appointment in advance via a broker if you want to actually get on boats, otherwise you can walk the floating docks via general admission.
All the best,
Doug Gollan Founder/Editor

For each super yacht, you’ll find a summary of length, builder, launch and renovation dates, capacity for guests, number of cabins, range of rates, where each boat will be based for the winter season, minimum charter length, captain as well as list of toys.
