REFUGE and RESOURCE with Flower Ceremony
Daylong Retreat
at mooluz arts in Temescal

It is a joy to announce this daylong retreat with the wonderful Inez—my co-teacher for Commonweal retreats—who will bring a healing flower ceremony into our daylong of Refuge and Resource.
We will practice meditation, forest bathing, qigong, self-compassion and relax together.
We will write and reflect.
We will take in the beauty of the garden and end with a flower ceremony to immerse ourselves with our intentons for healing.
Please bring:
—Your lunch (tea is provided)
—Layers and sun hat for walking, moving and sitting outside
—Notebook or journal
—Flowers from your own garden (optional)
Suggested donation: $130—$250 but please pay what you can afford.
Space is limited to 12.
$30 deposit required to hold your spot.
