As business becomes increasingly dominated by technology, it's often easy for staff to lose sight of the wider human context of their particular roles. Good business relies on good relationships, and photography can be a powerful means of enhancing a sense of communal endeavour. Using my documentary background, I take natural-looking images of the workforce that demonstrate to fellow staff members the interesting mix of people who are working hard for their organisation.
