Health and Wellness

Through her passion for fitness and wellness, Dr. Jackson leads a Christ-centered wellness series that speaks to the whole person- mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Through weekly Walking Clubs, a spiritual Fitness Blog on Facebook, and the all female running club, Team Chayil, she challenges women to get off the diet roller coaster and connect with the reason “why” we deserve a life of abundance, instead of focusing on the often overwhelming  “what" behind healthy choices. She invites women to take the call to live victoriously in every area of life by setting God above all else and seeking His principles for a healthy lifestyle.
