Your Argyle Financial Bulletin for March 2017
Dear Client,
Issues that affect us all
At the time of writing we are all trying to absorb the dreadful news of the terrorist attacks in London. It is difficult to comprehend that there are still people in a modern and civilised society who hold 'religious beliefs' which compel them to cruelly take the lives of others, simply because they do not share the same convictions. Trump and BrexitOf course the more comparatively trivial issues involving President Trump and Brexit continue to provide a dialogue for our media who, in some instances, seem determined to anticipate disaster around every corner... despite the apparent growth in prosperity taking place around the globe. Your PortfolioWe have postponed our plans to alter your portfolios, primarily because (to lesser or greater extents) all your funds are performing positively this year. Various statistics suggest there will be further growth this year throughout the Western hemisphere and we should witness the modest inflation our politicians require when attempting to manage our National Debt.
Our WebsiteThis year we are planning to relaunch the website and make some changes to the way in which communicate with you. Many of us are experiencing similar issues as we grow older and it is our hope to make some sense of the many diverse challenges we face… from nuisance calls, to lifetime gifts for children. We have increasingly found that a substantial number of clients are wanting to talk about matters which are affecting them personally and there is no doubt there are many which are common to most of us (sometimes all of us) where Argyle may be able to assist.
