An employee can be employed without even knowing it   
In the case of Salmon v Castlebeck Care (Teesdale) Ltd & another, the Employment Appeal Tribunal has held that a successful appeal of a dismissal for misconduct automatically revived the contract of employment, even if there had been no communication of the decision that the appeal was successful.  Read more

We have welcomed a new trainee solicitor to the team, Adele Bulmer.

Peter Thompson and Emma Naughton have recently acted for an individual to successfully bring a discrimination claim against a medical practice, resulting in a damages award to the Claimant of over £14,000 and a costs award of over £15,000.

We have been instructed by a FTSE 100 company to mediate in sensitive negotiations between senior management and its Trade Unions with a view to facilitating an agreed compromise in a potentially damaging industrial relations dispute.
