A busy start for 2018
We trust that you have made a great start to 2018, and that you and your team members are enthusiastic and engaged for the year ahead.
Our first major event for 2018 was the Best Practice Network National Summit recently held on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. It was very well attended with over 100 participants listening to some impressive case studies of transformation and building capability.
Drew Locher and Nick Katko, our international guest speakers, gave great insight into leadership and best-practice lean implementation with their pre-summit workshops and keynote addresses.
We are already working on the 2019 National Summit to be held in Melbourne on 22 February - the theme will be centred around technology, lean and people.
Make the most of our ‘Member Requests’ service
The Best Practice Network aims to bring its members together in a range of activities to share, learn and improve their businesses. You can see what activities are planned at our website.
There is no substitute for practitioner-to-practitioner learning to motivate and provide those insights that deliver better practices. Our network continues to grow in Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
Remember, we are only a question away if you need some advice from our membership and our network facilitators. Our ‘Member Request’ service is working very well, with many positive contributions and we sincerely thank our members for generously responding and sharing their ideas.
Just a reminder to join our Best Practice Network Linkedin Group where we regularly share industry updates, blogs, and the latest lean and operational excellence information. We welcome your contributions and perspectives to the Group.
We look forward to seeing you at upcoming events around Australia throughout the year.
Best wishes,
Victor Caune
