Swiss Inter- and Transdisciplinarity Day 2018: last chance to register!

Digitalisation is on everyone’s lips. But what does this process mean for co-productive modes of research and teaching? The question will be at the heart of the Swiss Inter- and Transdisciplinarity Day 2018 on 15 November in Lausanne and announces stimulating and inspiring exchanges. If you did not register yet, you still have one day to do it. Registrations will be closed tomorrow, 8 November. International Transdisciplinarity Conference 2019 – Save the date!

The International Transdisciplinarity Conference 2019 will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden from 10 to 13 September 2019. Save the date! The ITD 2019 is co-organised by the Network for Transdisciplinary Research td-net together with the > University of Gothenburg School of Global Studies and > Mistra Urban Futures.

Call for abstracts – EGU 2019 General Assembly

The EGU 2019 General Assembly takes place in Vienna from 7 to 12 April 2019 and proposes several exciting sessions. In the session "Transdisciplinary research, education and practice in mountain regions: field experiences, challenges and opportunities", led by the Mountain Research Initiative (MRI), contributions are invited that explore diverse experiences with transdisciplinary research, education, and practice, as specifically applied in the mountain context. The MRI also hopes to foster an alliance and community of practice within its organization that offers a mountains perspective to transdisciplinary research and contributes to its theory, methodology, and practice. SNIS launches its 2019 Call for Projects

The Swiss Network for International Studies (SNIS) offers project grants for pluri-disciplinary research teams. Projects run for two years and funding can range from 100’000 to 300’000 Swiss Francs. > Eligible institutions of Swiss higher education and research can submit project proposals in the pluri-disciplinary field of international studies or relating to the special topic which is defined every year for the annual call for projects. The special theme 2019 reads as follows: "What options for climate change mitigation without multilateralism?“.
Submission deadline for pre-proposals: 16 January 2019
