represents a great way to say thank you to staff for loyal service during the
year, to boost staff morale and allow them to bond. It also represents a
potential legal minefield for employers. The increase in alcohol intake
throughout the evening is often inversely proportionate to standards of conduct
and behaviour, spelling trouble. The morning after, you may be faced with

New statutory rules first trailed last year, have now been announced as coming into force in April
2015, which allow working mothers to effectively share their statutory maternity
