New: Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 The Health and Safety Executive has published draft Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 which will replace the existing 2007 Regulations. Our development lawyers have recently completed the acquisition of a residential development site in Sevenoaks for £16m, while our occupier team have acquired major new depots for one of our national logistics clients in Manchester, Essex and Berkshire. Our investment specialists have also completed various deals recently, including the £18m sale of a hotel in London, the purchase of a gym in Derby for £8m and the purchase of a mixed-use property in Bristol for £3.5m. We are also delighted to announce that we have been appointed by MK Community Foundation to advise them on all of their property portfolio matters. We look forward to working closely with the Foundation and supporting their valuable work in Milton Keynes. Finally, we are also very excited to have just heard that we have been selected by Grand Union Housing Group to act as their main solicitors in relation to the Group's development legal work, including site acquisitions, development agreements, and onward sales.
