Dr. Yoo is a surgeon and researcher whose research efforts have been directed toward the clinical translation of tissue engineering technologies and cell-based therapies. He is currently a Professor, Associate Director and Chief Scientific Officer at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine, and is cross-appointed to the Departments of Physiology and Pharmacology and Biomedical Engineering.

We are pleased to announce that in collaboration with The Transplantation Society, all accepted abstracts will be published in Transplantation as an online supplement circulated before the congress.


We are also pleased to invite persons with accepted Abstracts the opportunity to submit a full manuscript to Transplantation Proceedings in accordance with our Guidelines for Manuscripts Associated with this Congress. Transplantation Proceedings is peer-reviewed, therefore all manuscripts will undergo extensive review, and authors will be notified of the outcome.
