SPIN 2019 Congress: Save the date!
Our next congress « SPIN 2019 » will be held on April 25-27, 2019. To reflect the broader scope of the network, the congress will not only cover psoriasis topics but will also include sessions on atopic dermatitis.
Furthermore, the congress venue has changed as well and the congress will take place in Cité des Sciences in Paris, France.
1st Bosnian Psoriasis Symposium in Sarajevo!
Organised by the Psoriasis Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina in collaboration with Skin Inflammation & Psoriasis International Network (SPIN), the 1st Bosnian Psoriasis Symposium will be held in Sarajevo on 13-15 October, 2017. As a partner organisation, SPIN will be organising a session during this meeting.
1st National Meeting of the Egyptian Society for Psoriasis - Report
Taking place on November 17, 2016 in Alexandria, this meeting gathered 634 attendees from all over Egypt. Read the report
Following this success, the Egyptian Society for Psoriasis will be organising, in collaboration with SPIN, a 2nd National Meeting on November 16, 2017 in Alexandria.

SPIN Study on Phototherapy
SPIN is currently conducting a study on "Current practice of phototherapy in psoriasis: a worldwide survey among dermatologists ». This project is led by Lajos Kemeny and Rolland Gyulai (Hungary) on behalf of SPIN, with the help of a steering committee including Luigi Naldi (Italy), José Manuel Carrascosa (Spain), Nejib Doss (Tunisia), Peter van de Kerkhof (The Netherlands) and Adrian Tanew (Austria).
The deadline to participate in this survey has been extended to September 15th, 2017.

Psoriasis Groups from Costa Rica and Brazil now listed in SPIN website
The Psoriasis Group of the Costa Rica Dermatology Association and the Brazilian Center for Psoriasis Studies are now listed in our "Country Sites" section.
The Costa Rican Psoriasis Group was officially established in March 2010, as a thematic group or chapter of the Costa Rican Dermatology Association (ASCODE). The main goal of the group is to promote the development of research, education and knowledge on psoriasis at the national level (in the dermatological, medical and public health sectors), while striving to improve the quality of care provided to patients suffering from the disease, thus improving their quality of life. The Brazilian Center for Psoriasis Studies organizes the Brazilian Psoriasis Meeting in the city of São Paulo since 2003, totally free, which brings together an average of 1,500 patients and health professionals once a year. This year, the Brazilian Center for Psoriasis Studies is organizing the annual event for October 28th, one day before World Day of Psoriasis. Learn more…
