Dear

The early part of the New Year has been (happily!) very busy at LynchPin Support and saw the conclusion of several pieces of work including an evaluation piece with the Rosehill Theatre. Anne Timpson (Manager Audience Development & Participation) says

Nicola is working with us to develop our approach to evaluating the impact of our performing arts activities on participants, in particular marginalised communities. Her thorough yet flexible and supportive approach to tracking participants progress has enabled us to capture the value and impact of arts activity, allowing us to present the case for continued support with funders and partners.”

You can see the final evaluation report on my website.

We’re looking forward to continuing the relationship and exploring how we can monitor the social impact of their services in the longer term through our ongoing connection.

In other news I’m happy to announce that I have joined the team at Gaiacene along with another Cumbrian-based consultant Graeme McKenzie-Netherwood. This will help me deliver on my commitment to constantly ‘upskill’ for the benefit of my clients. I will continue to work as LynchPin Support and contribute when appropriate to the package of services offered by www.gaiacene.com.

Craig White (Sustainability Director Gaiacene) says “I am immensely proud that two talented Cumbrian consultants have brought their skills into Gaiacene.

They are an ideal fit, they share my ethics and desire to ensure the nuclear renaissance provides long lasting benefits for the communities and economy of Cumbria and the UK. Together, we provide a comprehensive service to all organisations and businesses seeking to deliver real and innovative social impact in the communities they live and work in.”

I will be delighted to connect any of my clients to the team at Gaiacene at any time – just get in touch.
