Important March 21: Board Meeting—High School Redistricting

The Board of Trustees will consider the recommendations made by the High School Redistricting Team at the March 21 Board meeting.  Matt Cropper, of Cropper GIS, will review the seven month redistricting process and present, in detail, the redistricting team’s recommendations.

The High School Redistricting Team met on February 9 to discuss the various options and review information before making their recommendations.  

The team’s overwhelming consensus was to send Option B1 to the Board of Trustees.  After much discussion, and a very close vote (11-10), it was decided to send Option A to the Board of Trustees as an alternate option. You can view the maps of Options B1 and A by clicking here.  In addition, the attached document includes the facts considered by the High School Redistricting Team when making their recommendations.
